On Friday, February 13th, We had a Valentine’s Day dance. The Snack Shack sold Valentine’s Day cups (Sweetheart Bags) filled with candy and pencils for $3. We had some slow dances and some fast dances. Kacen was the D.J. and did a good job. Staff served refreshments, cookies that we baked in class. We invited U.C.P. to our dance, and we danced together as a group.
My favorite part of the Covina AIM HIGHER is exercise class. I enjoy using my walker and exercise equipment to work on my arms. My favorite activity is cooking class, I like cutting up the vegetables and fruit, and helping staff pass out food.
